Medical Sales Representative
Job responsibilities of a Product Specialist are as follows:-
Plan, organize and manage all sales activities
Establish and implement sales objectives and goals
Explore markets to identify new sales leads and opportunities
Prepare quotation, tender documents and arrangement during and after tender
Maintain good business relationship with clinicians, medical staffs and MMD officers
Participate at Medical Conferences and other events.
Evaluate market demand and try to meet customers’ needs and expectations
Provide after sale customer support.
Arranging appointments with doctors and hospital medical teams, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular 'cold' calling;
Prepare presentations to clinicians and medical staff.
Building and maintaining positive working relationships with clinicians, medical staff
and supporting administrative staff
Keeping detailed records of all contacts
Meets and Exceeds Annual Sales Targets
Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables
Knowledge with the latest product technical data supplied by the product manufacturer, and presenting this data to customers
Monitoring competitor’s activity and products.
To ensure all product information is in order before meeting up the customer for a
presentation
To submit a written report on every lost deal.
Always project a positive attitude when dealing with customers and colleagues
Collect or submit any documents from the hospitals, including follow up any outstanding payments.
Any other duties may assign to you from time to time.
