
Senior Sales Executive (Medical Equipment)
Our Client:
Our client is a well-established global Healthcare company, headquartered in Japan. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive (Medical Equipment) to join their team in Singapore.
The Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess market potential and business opportunities for product portfolio—including Diabetes Diagnostics, Lab Automation, Point-of-Care (PoC), and Oral Care solutions—across Singapore, the SEA region, and the Middle East
- Drive sales growth by developing new channel partnerships and optimizing the performance of current partners, including the evaluation and replacement of underperforming distributors
- Provide strategic support and guidance to existing channel partners in areas such as sales and marketing initiatives, training, after-sales service, and logistics to enhance business performance
- Actively engage in business development by identifying customer needs and demonstrating how company’s solutions can fulfil those requirements
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular meetings, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products
- Collaborate closely with headquarters in Japan to support operations involving import/export logistics, commercial activities, regulatory compliance, service coordination, and marketing efforts
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience within the medical device or In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) sector
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and closing sales
- Skilled in delivering impactful presentations and engaging a variety of audiences with clear, persuasive messaging
- Awareness and understanding of diverse cultural norms, with the ability to build strong, respectful partnerships across regions
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently, while also being a strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
