Mon to Fri : 9.30am - 6.30pm
Responsibilities:
• Strong customer service skills to support and handle stakeholders with their enquiries in person @ Office
• Attention to detail ( Ensure you get the right information each time and achieving it in a timely manner )
• Owning your personal metrics for customer support and performance
• Liaise with various teams for case handling, to rectify service-related issues with effective solutions to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Support the team’s administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required
• Assist and support Managers in fulfilling operational tasks when requested by the superiors.
