Maintaining and developing relationships with existing B2B Starhub customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. (Broadband/Mobile/IPTV/Other Starhub Services/recontract)
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing customer
Presenting the service in a structured professional way face-to-face or via telephone calls and emails.
Reviewing your sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with a colleague
Requirements
Candidates must have the ability and desire to sell, excellent communication skills, a positive, confident, and determined approach, resilience and the ability to cope with rejection, the skills to work both independently and as part of a team
To meet and exceed targets makes this a demanding role and gives rise to frequent pressure.
Training will be provided.
