1 Year Contract Renewable
Mon-Fri: 9.30am-6.30pm

$2,300 per month during probation
$2,400 per month after probation if gd performance and experience

Job Responsibilities:

Strong customer service skills to support and handle both drivers and customers with their enquiries in person
Attention to detail - Ensure you get the right information each time and achieving it in a timely manner
Owning your personal metrics for customer support and performance
Liaise with various teams for case handling, to rectify service-related issues with effective solutions to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
Support the team’s administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required
Assist and support Managers in fulfilling operational tasks when requested by the superiors

Requirements:

Mild customer service background welcomed (face to face)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Singaporeans only
