Responsibility
- You will play an integral role, as part of the Facilities Management team in an iconic mall, to ensure that the engineering facilities are maintained at the highest standards
- Monitoring and operation of AV/multimedia systems
- Provides all aspects of engineering, troubleshooting and technical services to support internal/external business partners as well as attending to Tenants’ requests, feedback and complaints on maintenance-related matters
- To lead, oversee and guide a team of technical crews
- Planning and organising of maintenance/repair works
- Tenancy Work – Shop unit site inspection, pre-inspection & pre-opening inspection
- Assist in special/ad-hoc project(s) site inspection, data collection, compliances, etc
- Assist in procurement and purchasing of spare parts
- Assist in checking for lease specification checks at riser/tenants (whenever required)
- Manage and supervise vendors/contractors
- Leading specific task forces based on trades
- Events support and arrangement.
- Creation of SOP
- On-ground training
This may not be exhaustive and will vary to the mall business operations needs too. Or any other work assignment directed by the management.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Diploma, NTC 2 or NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building facilities.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent team worker
- Good supervisory and interpersonal skills with leadership qualities
- Conversant in English and able to write reports
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays and shifts
