With over 4000 employees worldwide, they are expanding their operations in Asia, particularly in Cybersecurity, CTO/CIO Advisory, and Agile Transformation.

We are seeking an Account Developer to join their growing team in Singapore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by developing new accounts with multinational companies while nurturing existing client relationships across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market intelligence and analysis to identify potential leads

• Execute end-to-end sales activities including cold calling, lead qualification, and sales meetings

• Prepare compelling proposals and secure pitch opportunities

• Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize client potential

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

• Manage CRM system and prepare detailed sales reports

Required Qualifications

• Up to 5 years of experience in sales and business development

• Experience working with multinational corporations (IT or finance sector experience preferred)

• Strong track record in the Singapore market is highly advantageous

• Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Proven interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Experience with contract negotiation, customer satisfaction management, and CRM systems (particularly Salesforce) is preferred
