Job Description
To be the professional face and go-to person for all engagement activities to build communities at the office;

Lead by example to instil a culture of engagement and empathy in the team
Create and sustain start-up culture with the team, to never be satisfied with the status quo, seeking out new and innovative ways to engage by bringing joyful experiences and lasting impressions for fellow colleagues.
Understand the Clients' culture, purpose and values to be able to link it back to the way work is executed to ensure the best delivery with customer/employee-centricity in mind.
The ideal candidate should be someone who is able to unite a community to create a buzz in the workplace, to ensure there is workspace activation and activities that engage and cause our colleagues to come together to get to know one another a build a tight knit community at the office.
Duties
Contribute to the formation and refinement of workplace experience strategy, which includes leading the implementation to delivery.
Organize and execute workplace experience events with measurement so ESAT for every activity planned.
Collaborate with internal /external stakeholders and vendor to implement and operationalize community building products / services
Advocate and implement digitalization of workplace experience processes including CRE Services (Facilities reporting, Meeting room booking, Car park application etc.)
Lead and operationalize execution of agile and Design Thinking/Human centered design methodology
Adopt the Clients 4D methodology in journey mapping for site operations, e.g. conduct experiments, service blueprints, value maps, sustainable operations, operational improvements and streamline efficiencies etc.
Able to do simple poster or onsite communications materials.
Plan, film and edit videos/communications materials (work with vendor partners for complex videography)
EXES Support
Pro-actively manage users' expectations for employee and experiences and services and ensuring transparency and also a strong alignment with employee needs.
Drive the employee experiences and services to ensure a welcoming, engaging, and safe working environment.
