Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Chemical Manufacturing Company
  • Position Title: Operations Executive
  • Working Location: Tuas South (Transport provided from JE/ Pioneer MRT)
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Plan and coordinate daily blending operations to meet production schedules efficiently.
  • Ensure all products comply with established quality standards and meet customer specifications.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to maintain adequate supply while preventing overstocking.
  • Develop and execute transportation and logistics strategies to optimize delivery routes, minimize costs, and improve customer service.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports; regularly update on production status and highlight any issues.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Minimum Diploma in Chemical Process Technology, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or blending environment, with minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong understanding of chemical blending processes and related equipment.
