  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate billing, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Input invoice data into the accounting system.
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
  • Prepare payment batches and ensure timely processing.
  • Conduct payment runs and reconcile bank statements.
  • Resolve payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with vendors.
  • Address vendor queries and concerns promptly.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
