We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our Portal Team and play a key role in architecting and developing enterprise-grade frontend solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in React, deep knowledge of the frontend build process, and the ability to guide junior developers. Responsibilities

Architect, design, and implement frontend solutions for enterprise-grade portal applications.
Develop high-quality, modular, and maintainable components using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Lead the frontend development lifecycle, including build processes, testing, and deployment.
Guide and mentor junior frontend developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring coding best practices.
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to align frontend architecture with overall system goals.
Optimize the performance, scalability, and responsiveness of frontend solutions.
Develop and manage the frontend build process (Webpack, Babel, or similar tools).
Ensure adherence to UI/UX standards, delivering visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and implement improvements where necessary.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer with a focus on enterprise applications.
Strong expertise in React and modern frontend frameworks/libraries.
Experience in architecting frontend solutions and implementing scalable, maintainable designs.
Deep understanding of the frontend build process (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm, or equivalent tools).
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
Ability to lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and reviews.
Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
Strong knowledge of version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
Bonus: Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or React Testing Library.
