Job Summary

• Position will support the Corporate Communications division at the global brand headquarters in Singapore.
• Assists the marketing, PR, social media, digital sales, marketing and customer service teams in the development, execution and follow-up of campaigns and projects for the brand.
• Archives media, marketing & social media coverage and clippings. creates monthly/annual reports; writes, edits and proof-reads the quality of media, marketing, social media and digital materials; updates databases; assists with events and photo shoots; assists with planning and preparing for media gifting/outreach; assists the digital team with order creation; assists with customer service enquiries and loyalty program mailings and outreach.
• May interact with PR agencies, other media and digital vendors as well as the in-house Corporate Communications, Warehouse & Operations departments on a regular basis and works directly under a TWG Tea communications senior executive or manager. May possibly also interact with regional franchises and/or subsidiaries.
• Will experience different aspects of corporate communications and will be a part of an international team of dynamic young professionals.

Requirements:

• Candidate would be able to commit for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Candidate would preferably have experience in or have a major or minor in marketing, journalism, comparative literature, English or communications. Excellent written and grammatical skills in English are a must.
• Candidate should enjoy working as part of a team and interacting with communications professionals, media and influencers.
• Ambitious and career-minded Junior or Senior year candidates preferred.
• Candidates should be independent, self-motivated, out-going, detail oriented, and passionate about the retail, F&B and/or luxury industries.
• Candidates who speak or who are keen to use their developing skills in foreign languages – most especially Japanese, French, Arabic or Mandarin are invited to apply.
