  • Develop and document accounting policies – Create and refine financial procedures, ensuring alignment with governmental standards, and compile them into a structured Accounting Manual/Guide.
  • Support process improvement – Research best practices and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Handle administrative work and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Intended Learning Outcomes
  • Gain practical experience in accounting policy development and process optimisation.
  • Strengthen research and analytical skills by evaluating financial standards and proposing improvements.
  • Develop a deeper understanding of real-world accounting workflows in a corporate setting.
Minimum Requirements
  • Currently in your 2nd year (or higher) of a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
  • Mandatory (Credit Bearing) or Non-Credit Bearing Internships
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, including familiarity with financial terms, policies, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – Ability to draft clear, professional documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
