Senior Executive, Medical Education [LKCMedicine]
The Senior Executive, Medical Education, provides administrative support for Educational Development and Team-Based Learning (TBL) Facilitation under the Office of Medical Education.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support in the review and renewal of educational development activities related to the NTU MBBS degree
Monitor and report the team’s budget and liaise with external vendors to procure goods and/or services
Support the team in marketing and advertising Educational Development workshops to all relevant parties
Manage the registration and attendance of the workshops
Provide logistical support pre-, during and post-workshops such as procuring of workshop materials, catering, application and submission of SMC-CPE
Ensure good documentations and logging of workshops participants’ feedback
Arrange and coordinate class observations
Support the team in coordinating TBL facilitation schedule and calendar management with relevant parties
Collaborate with other teams and departments on all Educational Development and TBL matters
Provide logistical and administrative support for TBL sessions to ensure smooth delivery of all classes
Organise TBL facilitators’ monthly meetings and record meeting minutes in a timely manner
Support the Educational Development and TBL Facilitation team in the organization of Freshmen Orientation Programme
Assist on student educational development training programme
Coordinate efforts to review pedagogical approaches in the NTU MBBS degree programme
Support implementation of additional teaching delivery modes in the NTU MBBS degree programme
Organise and provide administrative support for NTU MBBS development working group meetings
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communications (written and verbal) skills
A good team player who takes initiative and is resourceful and meticulous
Able to work independently under time pressure and changing deadlines/priorities in a dynamic environment
Able to multi-task and work on different portfolios and projects simultaneously
Prior knowledge on Procurement processes
Familiar with common technology tools (for e.g.: Zoom and Microsoft Office software) to facilitate work productivity
Preference will be given to candidates who have prior experience in the education and/or healthcare sector
Experience in scheduling/timetabling/events organising will be an advantage
This is a contract position till 31 March 2026.
