Responsibilities:
1. Provide friendly pre- and post-sales service to customers by understanding their needs, addressing inquiries, and offering personalized assistance.
2. Offer tailored assistance over the phone for customers' inquiries about products and services in an effective and efficient manner.
3. Gain a thorough understanding of our products and services to clearly communicate their features to customers.
4. Conduct in-person demonstrations of products.
5. Promptly and professionally troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries.
6. Assist with e-commerce administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- At least 1y experience in e-commerce, sales or customer service.
- Positive mindset with excellent problem solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivation, strong work ethic, good team player and able to work independently
