Job Scope:

  • Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding sales orders and inquiries.

  • Provide high level telephone, email and web chat support to our customers

  • Handle invoicing, purchase orders (P/O), delivery orders (D/O), and manage purchasing and receiving tasks.

  • To coordinate with operations management to carry out customer requests/appointments/changes etc effectively and efficiently.

  • Process customer orders efficiently.

  • Perform general administrative duties.

  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’ Level or at least 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
