Job Scope:
Communicate and coordinate with customers regarding sales orders and inquiries.
Provide high level telephone, email and web chat support to our customers
Handle invoicing, purchase orders (P/O), delivery orders (D/O), and manage purchasing and receiving tasks.
To coordinate with operations management to carry out customer requests/appointments/changes etc effectively and efficiently.
Process customer orders efficiently.
Perform general administrative duties.
Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Minimum ‘O’ Level or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Possess a service-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
