Job Summary
The Inside Sales Representative supports the sales team by managing sales processes, systems, and data. This role involves managing end-to-end processing, administrative tasks, and coordinating with internal stakeholders, partners and customers.
Responsibilities
Handle order management, end-to-end processing and coordination of sales orders.
Provide support to Account and Sales Managers in the sales orders process.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external parties such as partners, distributors and vendors to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of solutions and services meet customer expectations and are completed on time and within budget.
Maximize customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up to expedite the resolution of any discrepancies or issues.
Process and maintain accurate records in CRM system of all sales orders, including but not limited to order confirmations, delivery documents, and invoices.
Ensure all order processing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree or equivalent
Minimum 1 – 3 years of order processing and administrative experience
Fresh grraduates are welcome to apply
Highly motivated and driven with excellent administrative and communication skills
Experience in using CRM (especially Dynamics 365) is a plus
