Prepare quotations, purchase orders (PO), sales orders (SO), and invoices.
Manage shipping transactions, including arranging shipments and preparing all necessary documentation.
Ensure compliance with shipping terms and requirements.
Requirements:
Familiarity with quotations, SOs, POs, invoices, shipping terms, and documentation is essential.
Prior experience handling shipping transactions is preferred.
Working Arrangement:
Hybrid work setup after confirmation: work from the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with remote work for the rest of the week.
