They are seeking a Growth Product Manager to spearhead initiatives focused on optimizing the discovery and user journey for our consumers. This role will play a key part in improving organic growth through SEO strategies, price comparison tools, and content redesign, driving engagement and conversion rates across our platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, experience in the APAC market, and a proven ability to deliver impactful results in a B2C environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to improve user discovery, including SEO optimization, content redesign, and price comparison tools.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving the customer journey and increasing engagement.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborating closely with product, analytics, and marketing teams to align on growth objectives.
  • Drive experiments, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making to optimize performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and report on growth initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Research and implement best practices to improve organic traffic and conversion rates.
  • Develop and refine features to improve decision-making processes for consumers.
  • Qualifications

    • 5+ years proven experience in product management both web and app, with a focus on growth or customer acquisition.
    • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product strategies and decisions.
    • Expertise in SEO strategies and content optimization.
    • Experience working across APAC markets; fluency in Chinese is required (Cantonese is a plus).
    • Background in e-commerce, insurance, or banking is preferred, with experience in both web and app platforms.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
