Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in consumer lifestyle brands is a plus.
Strategic Vision: Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.
Brand Expertise: Strong understanding of brand development, storytelling, and consumer behavior.
Digital Savvy: Deep knowledge of social media, performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics platforms.
Retail Marketing: Experience driving foot traffic and sales in physical retail locations is highly desirable.
Creative Leadership: Ability to inspire teams and oversee the development of engaging creative campaigns.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. MBA or advanced marketing certifications are a plus.
