It features 792 luxurious guestrooms and suites across three distinct wings, which include unique family-themed rooms, supported by a host of dedicated family-focused amenities.We are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our team!As a Director of Marketing we rely on you to:
  • Drive exposure and revenue for the hotel while upholding a positive and consistent brand image.
  • Formulate the hotel's overall marketing and communications strategy by conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • oversee the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This may include coordinating with various departments and external agencies to ensure seamless implementation of marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets to secure positive press coverage and enhance the hotel's public image.
  • Oversee the hotel's presence on social media platforms which is essential for engaging with customers and promoting the brand.
  • Strategise, create content, and manage the community to build a strong online presence.
  • Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns that harmoniously utilize multiple channels to reinforce the hotel's message and create a more significant impact.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial position with strong digital marketing knowledge and expertise.
  • An experienced marketing leader with more than 10 years of luxury marketing experience
  • Experience in content marketing strategies and execution
  • Strong communications skills - verbal, written and analytical skills
  • Strong planning, organisation and presentation skills
  • Strong project management, organisation and time management skills
  • Strong team player and highly driven for results
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with high attention to detail
  • Well-organised, meticulous with a great sense of aesthetics
  • A genuine passion for marketing, social media, and PR. Eager to explore and embrace new digital trends to ensure the hotel stays ahead in adopting the latest technological advancements.
  • Good understanding of social trends and the local media landscape
