Budgeting and Forecasting:
Developing annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitoring actual expenses and revenue against budget.
Making adjustments to the budget as needed.
Tax Compliance:
Staying up-to-date on tax laws and regulations.
Working with tax advisors to ensure compliance.
Inventory Management:
Managing inventory of sports equipment, apparel, and merchandise.
Preparing monthly inventory / financial report to management.
