We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Ingrid Design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective strategies, planning ad buys, executing campaigns across multiple digital platforms, and delivering measurable results. They should have a strong understanding of key digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance optimisation to meet and exceed client KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy Development

  • Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform campaign planning.
  • Develop ad buy plans to maximise ROI and drive campaign effectiveness.

2. Ad Buying & Campaign Execution

  • Plan, implement, and manage ad buys across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
  • Optimise ad spend and placement to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging content and visuals for campaigns.

3. Performance Monitoring & KPI Achievement

  • Track campaign performance against client-defined KPIs and metrics.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Adjust campaigns in real-time to improve results and ensure targets are met.

4. SEO & SEM Management

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search visibility and rankings.
  • Manage SEM campaigns to drive high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimise content for search engines

5. Reporting & Insights

  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
  • Present data-driven recommendations for future campaigns and improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.

6. Pitch Deck Creation for Tenders & Projects

  • Prepare detailed and visually engaging pitching decks for tenders, calls, and new project opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the team to align proposals with client needs and highlight Ingrid Design’s unique value.
  • Ensure pitches are professional, and tailored to the specific project requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy, ad buying, and campaign management.
  • Expertise in social media advertising (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and search marketing (SEO and SEM).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and other marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and clients.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving and exceeding client KPIs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
