  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Working Hours: Mon - Thurs: 9.00AM - 6.30PM, Fri: 9.00AM - 6.00PM

What the role is

You will plan and implement strategic Business Process Outsourcing initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders and service partners to enhance shared services delivery.
What you will be working on

The candidate will perform the following key tasks:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the business needs of account-managed divisions to facilitate the desired outsourcing arrangement.

  • Implement change requests (for scope of service, pricing, volume) and manage incidents reported for outsourced services.

  • Monitor and prepare dashboards/reports of performance metrics to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and maintain service partner capacity at optimal levels.

  • Perform budget projection, financial transactions and reconciliation for service fees.

  • Support process streamlining initiatives.

What we are looking for

  • Tertiary qualification.

  • Up to 5 years (Manager) and at least 6 years (Senior Manager) of relevant work experience.

  • Familiarity with business processing outsourcing and finance operations is advantageous.

  • Good writing, communication and project management skills.

  • Confidence to engage internal and external stakeholders at different levels.

  • Analytical and meticulous, with a systematic approach to work.

  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel.
