  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • To oversee the preparation and consolidation of monthly company and group financial statements.
  • Generate and submit monthly financial reports as required by the head office.
  • Lead the monthly closing process, ensuring timely preparation of reports, schedules, and variance analysis.
  • Prepare and review quarterly consolidation packages for head office submission, ensuring deadlines are met and promptly addressing any queries.
  • Manage the preparation of annual statutory financial reports.
  • Post closing journal entries in SAP and review accounting transactions for accuracy.
  • Able to verify and approve supplier payments and monthly invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual financial budgets and forecasts.
  • Compile schedules for statutory audits, internal audits, tax reporting, and other financial reviews, responding to queries as required.
  • Conduct and review User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for treasury management system implementation
Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant qualification (Singapore CA equivalent).
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or an equivalent professional qualification.
  • Hands-on experience in managing the full set of accounts.
