Job Description:
Oversees assigned subsidiaries or franchisees' orders to ensure on-time delivery to meet sales/marketing or operational (eg. repairs) needs.
Monitoring of orders, forecast and inventory levels to anticipate issues in the near and mid-term in order to manage them.
Proactively manage upstream supply chain adequacy with vendors, to ensure on-time production to meet shipment dates.
Ensure accurate and proper maintenance of updated schedule data in the system
Ensure timely submission of vendor invoices with complete GRN (by OCR system) to the Accounts department for payment
Ensure accurate and timely invoicing with complete shipping documents and data accuracy, including applying for the Country Origin Certificate, DA Bank submission (if any)
Arrange shipment from Singapore to assigned franchisees, coordinating with the warehouse, forwarders, and courier services.
Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to address and resolve any issues
Quickly adopt on-the-job training, work independently, and be a fast adapter, as the job involves handling vendors, subsidiaries, and Franchises, including forwarders
Requirements:
Min “A” level or Diploma holder with 2-3 years relevant experience in similar capacity or 5 years of related experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Must be able to read & communicate in English
Proficient in MS Office applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of Navision will be advantageous.
