Working as part of the fulfillment team, Part –Time Hand Packers are responsible for packing products efficiently and accurately based on customers’ orders, maintaining cleanliness of storage spaces, performing quality checks, and assisting with other administrative tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates order processing, delivery and returns of customers’ orders across E-Commerce platforms & marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee & Amazon.)
Surveys items for possible damage or defects before shipment.
Fills customer orders promptly by reviewing order forms to ascertain scan numbers, sizes, colors, and merchandise quantities.
Attaches identification information, including pricing, to products.
Ensures orders are picked up and delivered on time.
Handles returns and exchanges of defective and damaged items.
Disposes damaged, defective, excess, or obsolete stock items properly or returns them to vendors.
Monitors and manages inventory level to ensure healthy stock levels to meet sales forecast
Stocks shelves and racks with new or transferred merchandise and maintains products in an organized manner to facilitate inventory and shipping processes.
Answers customer questions about shipments and deliveries.
Upholds cleanliness and tidiness standards in the work and storage areas, promoting a safe and hygienic environment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Able to carry and lift heavy items of more than 10kg.
Able to multi-task (stock-taking, packing and sorting, processing orders)
Able to understand English written in product labels, order invoices et cetera.
Work Schedule:
Working days are determined based on duty roster scheduled by the website store managers.
Working Hours: 11:00am to 6:00pm (inclusive of 1 hour lunch break)
Must work on weekends (Saturdays, Sundays) and public holidays
Salary and Allowances:
Hourly pay: $10 per hour
Only accepting Singapore Citizens and PR aged 17 years old and above.
