Job Description:
College/University Graduate hires (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) undergoing a specific training and development path within the EMEA Graduate Program.
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate ML solutions into products.
- Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and prepare data for modeling.
- Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models to enhance performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Conduct experiments and evaluate various machine learning techniques to identify the best approaches for specific use cases.
- Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines and infrastructure for deploying models in production environments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and related technologies.
- Write clear, maintainable code and create comprehensive documentation for ML models and processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployed models, ensuring they perform as expected in real-world settings.
- Communicate findings, progress, and results to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
Education and Experience Required:
- Enrolled in University.
Knowledge about Machine Learning, Deep Leaning and Gen AI
