- Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and its key business operations.
- Proven experience in business operations, with a focus on driving profitability initiatives.
- Strong background in product management or sales within the semiconductor sector.
- In-depth understanding of business operations and a demonstrated ability to drive profitability.
- Skilled in leading cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities to optimize product positioning in the market.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience developing pricing models and business cases.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 25%).
