  • Lead the development and execution of commercial strategies to drive profitability and expand market share in the APAC region.
  • Collaborate with sales and operational teams to support business unit profitability and achieve financial targets.
  • Work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of business plans.
  • Oversee pricing, product positioning, and customer engagement strategies to optimize revenue and profitability.
  • Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and customers, addressing customer requirements and gathering feedback.
  • Provide strategic guidance on product capabilities, positioning, and pricing to support the sales team.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to shape product strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Develop marketing materials, business cases, and pricing models to support commercial initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on customer demands and market trends to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor and provide leadership to the product management team, offering support and guidance to junior members.
The Talent
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred, though relevant semiconductor industry experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in product management/sales within APAC markets, particularly in customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with the semiconductor industry and its key business operations.
  • Proven experience in business operations, with a focus on driving profitability initiatives.
  • Strong background in product management or sales within the semiconductor sector.
  • In-depth understanding of business operations and a demonstrated ability to drive profitability.
  • Skilled in leading cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and supply chain teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities to optimize product positioning in the market.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging both internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience developing pricing models and business cases.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required (up to 25%).
