What you'll be doing
Coordinate sea freight or air freight activities, Process shipping documents and liaise with related parties;
Communicate on daily basis with customers;
Resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process;
Filing and maintaining shipping documents;
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager;
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a shipping or logistics role;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office;
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn;
Fluent in English & Mandarin or Cantonese;
Knowledge of customs regulations and import/export procedures is desirable.
