Job Description
TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Comprehensive Learning Programs
- Design targeted learning programs tailored to the unique needs of office staff, cabin crew, and flight crew.
- Partner with educational institutions to deliver high-quality programs, including academic sponsorships and certification opportunities.
Technology-Enhanced Learning
- Leverage cutting-edge technology, to create immersive and engaging learning experiences.
- Implement learning management systems (LMS) and mobile learning platforms to enhance accessibility and participation.
Career Pathways and Development
- Develop career pathways and job architecture to provide employees with clear growth opportunities.
- Align and refine competencies to ensure employees meet both current and future organizational needs.
Skills and Competencies Framework
- Build a comprehensive framework for skills and competencies development aligned with Scoot’s strategic goals.
ENGAGEMENT AND PROGRAMS
Engagement Initiatives
- Collaborate with teams to design initiatives that inspire engagement, foster collaboration, and promote innovation.
Educational Sponsorships and Development
- Oversee sponsorship programs to support employees in pursuing higher education or specialized training.
Innovative Learning Campaigns
- Lead creative learning campaigns, such as Learning Festivals and etc, to inspire cross-functional collaboration and empathy.
Celebrating Learning and Culture
- Plan and execute programs to celebrate milestones, cultural holidays, and achievements, enhancing employees' connection and sense of belonging.
ANALYTICS AND IMPACT
Data-Driven Decisions
- Use survey data, performance metrics, and analytics to assess the effectiveness of learning and culture initiatives.
Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate program impacts and recommend improvements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and evolving needs.
CULTURE DEVELOPMENT
Driving Cultural Alignment

Fostering Inclusivity and Belonging

- Partner with stakeholders to promote lifelong learning and innovation through impactful programs like Learntfest.
Creating a Coaching Culture
- Design and implement coaching frameworks to empower leaders and employees to engage in meaningful development conversations.
REQUIREMENT
1. At least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or equivalent
2. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Talent Development, Organisational Development, Psychology or a related field.
3. Demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and delivering learning and development programs.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.
6. Strong self-starter with strong sense of initiative (always looking to learn and improve), with ability to conceptualise things quickly and work with minimal guidance, ambiguity and agility
7. Positive, open-minded & resilient and growth attitude towards challenges and an innovative mind to create solutions
