Admin Associate (1 Yr Contract)

You will provide general office administration support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks, including but not limited to answering phone calls, referring inquiries, receiving visitors, maintains office security by following procedures (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges), handle time management system, access cards, laundry and safety shoes
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Maintain tidiness in meeting rooms and pantries
- Mails distribution and courier service
- Provide purchasing activities of office administration
- Provide hospitality to guests/ visitors
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism
- Support in recreational activities/ events
- Manage and monitoring of staff attendance
- Responsible for office administration activities
- Manage office stationery/ pantry and consumables
- Any other tasks as assigned
What You Bring:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skill with good telephone manner
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office application
- Able to multi-task and work well under pressure and strict timeline
- Independent, meticulous, resourceful, good time management and ability to prioritize
- Good communication, interpersonal skill and negotiation skills
- Team player
- Working experience on Time Management System and Access Cards Management an added advantage
