Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Key Responsibilities:
· Ensuring that health, safety and security rules are followed.
· Ensures that all team members adhere to company policies with regards to attendance, punctuality and work ethics.
· Take disciplinary action when needed and report any discrepancies.
· Perform other duties as required by the nature of the position or as requested by supervisor.
· Monitoring stock supplies levels and report to the Manager for stock level issues.
· Responsible for the encoding of encoders items damaged every end of the month for their deduction.
· Responsible for pull out items of encoders on the rack for fix and reshoot.
· Follow the standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
· · Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers and supervise the work of junior staff.
· Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills required.
