Job Responsibilities:
Identify changes in regulations which may impact Global Markets’ compliance policies and procedures
Identify potential risks and propose compliance controls to manage and mitigate risks to provide advisory and support to global market business.
Ensure proper documentation and updating of compliance policies and procedures and provide training on new regulations and policies
First point of contact for internal, external auditors and regulators.
Reporting to HO on status of market compliance initiatives
Implementation of Head Office rules and controls
Review AGMD departments’ activities to identify methods to improve regulatory compliance and propose recommendations
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree
For Analyst level: Fresh graduate with internship experience in the Corporate Banking/Global Markets Division/Compliance/Risk Management.
For Associate level: Minimum 3 years of experience in market compliance
For Associate level: Minimum 5 years of experience working in financial sector
Strong knowledge in, both local and international/extra-territorial regulations
Ability to manage stakeholders and provide advisory to support departments in Global Markets
Familiar with Global Markets products and services
Strong communication skills with ability to influence others and embed frameworks, processes, and recommendations.
Proficient with Microsoft 365.
