Key Job Accountabilities:

• Understand the business IT requirements and translate the requirements into viable technical solutions in partnership with other IT and cybersecurity technical specialists.

• Develop project plans, goals, schedules and budgets; identify resources needed.

• Secure agreement and approval from the business entities for the projects.

• Plan and disseminate project communications.

• Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion and successful deployment including post-delivery support of the system, local and overseas.

• Establish deep engagement with business stakeholders to identify continuous improvement and value-added opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology Management or equivalent

• Professional qualification in Project Management

• Preferably 5 years’ experience in a lead role implementing a major ERP system transformation, with 3 years in a portfolio project management and leadership role

• Experience in conceptualising and implementing digital transformation projects with demonstrable return on investment

• Strong business stakeholders communication skills and experience working with local and global partners in change management and goals realisation

• Experience in SAP ECC 6 and S/4 HANA upgrades, data migration and multi-instance harmonisation strategies

• Experience in data governance, master data design and harmonisation

• Experience in integration of bespoke systems with ERP system

• Technically savvy in leveraging on digital tools such as AI, data analytics, RPA, to gain speed, accuracy and cost advantages

• Strong cybersecurity posture
