  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a hands-on Technology-Based Project Manager to lead IT and software application-related projects, focusing on efficiency improvements and problem-solving within the company. This role does not require deep expertise in all software and CRM systems but demands a strong ability to dive deep into challenges, define clear project charters, and drive solutions through technology and process optimizations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software applications, CRM systems (SAP CRM experience preferred), and emerging technologies, ensuring the best-fit solutions are implemented. They will work closely with multiple departments, act as a coach and people manager, and lead teams toward successful project execution.

  • Analyzed and assess internal IT & software problem assessment by forming, guide, and lead project teams to implement IT and software-related solutions.
  • Ensure IT and Technology based projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet efficiency goals.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements through technology or process modifications
  • Analyze and understand different software applications and technology trends with best practice to address business challenges.
  • Work closely with various departments to understand their operational pain points.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure company-wide alignment and adoption of new systems or process changes.
  • Prior experience with CRM systems is essential (SAP CRM preferred) and how different software applications interwork
  • Act as a mentor, providing clear direction and structured problem-solving approaches.
  • Lead project teams effectively, ensuring collaborative and productive environments.

Qualifications & Role Requirements

  • Hands-on problem solver with a structured approach to addressing IT and software challenges.
  • Strong understanding of technology, software applications, and CRM systems related software (SAP CRM preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, and drive process optimizations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Ability to analyze and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
  • Experience in coaching and managing people across different departments.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Candidates with more relevant & senior IT experience will be considered for more senior title role
  • Based in Singapore, with up to 20% - 30% travel outside the country.
