- Lead a team of support engineers and developers to provide operational support to users of the ERP system. This includes managing the team to provide level 1 and 2 support, addressing daily operational issues and requests, and offering technical advice to resolve system and operational problems.

- As the leader of the team, plan and manage team members' support activities, training, and career development to fulfill their respective roles in the company.
- Degree or equivalent qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science / Computer Engineering, Engineering or related discipline.
- With 2 implementation experience in ERP systems.
- At least 5 years' experience in managing SAP systems, with a strong background on SAP / S/4 HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP modules (esp FICO, WM, QA, MM, PP, SD), and with knowledge of SAP Basis, and ABAP programming.
- Project Management: a proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects, preferably ERP implementations or upgrades.
- Project planning and control skills to enable expedient rollout of salient business systems
- Keep abreast of business development and continuously ensuring the relevance of business systems
- Able to develop systematic and structured processes to ensure continued sustenance of implemented systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
