  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

A tax advisory firm is looking for a Fund Operations Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee fund administration and NAV calculation.
  • Liaise with third parties, including compliance and corporate secretarial services.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for annual reports.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain oversight on technology risk management and IT infrastructure.
  • Conduct business continuity planning and testing.
  • Support the CEO in business development and other related company operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in fund operations, fund administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of NAV calculation and fund administration processes.
  • Experience working with compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
