Description
- Manage and steer suppliers (e.g. instructors, fleet management, facility management, simulator experience) according to clearly defined processes and up to the highest standards to guarantee a smooth operation of the upcoming Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) in Singapore
- Develop and implement detailed operations guidelines including all relevant processes for the daily operations
- Take initiative to improve operational processes and plans consistently, and measure the success of the various experience formats for continuous optimisation in regard to quality, efficiency and financial KPIs
- Manage the PEC car pool and work closely with the enclosed Service department (workshop) to ensure a safe and efficient usage of each car
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to promote an integrated cross-departmental working culture and cross-functional support, and continuously assess any rising needs and plan measures accordingly
- Liaise with Porsche AG and other PECs around the world to exchange best practices and top keep innovating the experience offer at the PEC Singapore
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, leisure event management, business administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 5+ years relevant working experience in automotive, event planning or related business area
- Well-established project management skills, and aptitude for managing multiple suppliers simultaneously
- Highly motivated team player with a customer focused mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail with a solution-oriented attitude
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to work on weekends
- Fluency in written and spoken English, any additional regional language skills is advantageous
- Racing licence and/or ‘Porsche Certified Instructor’ certification is a plus
