- Supporting managers proactively to achieve OKRs
- Creating a strategy for how to scale the organization within a tech startup

- You have at least 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role, with significant experience working for fast-paced tech startups.
- Prior experience building an HR division from scratch would be advantageous.
- You have a proven track record of building organizational structure, fostering a positive workplace culture, and establishing recruitment KPIs and best practices, for growth-stage tech startup(s).
- A passion for the Japanese entertainment industry like anime, manga, gaming, VTubing, or a keen interest towards working in this industry is required to succeed in this role.
