  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We will spark a revolution in the virtual streaming industry with the launch of AniLive!On November 27th, 2023, we announced that we secured USD 12.7 million in funding during our seed round, bringing our total funding to approximately USD 14.8 million.The RoleWe are seeking a proactive HR manager to build and lead the HR team, collaborating closely with our C Suite and managers to develop and implement strategies for the global expansion of AniLive. Your role will foster an environment where team members excel and actively contribute towards fulfilling our mission. You will be responsible for:Strategy Planning
  • Collaborating with the CEO, CTO, CCO, and each manager to align HR strategies with the AniLive mission and objectives
  • Supporting managers proactively to achieve OKRs
  • Creating a strategy for how to scale the organization within a tech startup
HR Team Establishment
  • Setting up adequate internal flows related to HR tasks
  • Managing members of the HR team
Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Creating and refining the overall recruitment strategy and supporting recruiting efforts within the HR team as needed
  • Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure new members integrate well into the company
Culture Building and Employee Relations
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive company culture and system
  • Organizing team-building activities and fostering member engagement
  • Providing constant manager training, coaching, and enablement
Ideal Profile
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role, with significant experience working for fast-paced tech startups.
  • Prior experience building an HR division from scratch would be advantageous.
  • You have a proven track record of building organizational structure, fostering a positive workplace culture, and establishing recruitment KPIs and best practices, for growth-stage tech startup(s).
  • A passion for the Japanese entertainment industry like anime, manga, gaming, VTubing, or a keen interest towards working in this industry is required to succeed in this role.
  • You can represent AniLive at networking events and are interested in diving deeper into the otaku culture
  • You thrive working in a remote and multicultural working environment
