- Working with a team of Product Designers/Business Analysts to drive product design across the securities and derivatives products, including trading, clearing, post-trade and related functions.
- Managing products via the creation and maintenance of product backlog derived from the requirements, including business value, regulatory requirements and internal platform requirements.
- Write functional requirements for SGX products that will be delivered in-house.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal development teams to review and determine solutions and designs.
- Support and guide functional testing team.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable university;
- At least 12 years of expeirece in product design and requirements gathering with preferably 5 years in financial sector;
- Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Team player who can act independently and has a strong sense of accountability and sense of urgency;
- Solid knowledge of analysis and documentation techniques such as process modelling and use case modelling;
- Experience in using project mangement, documentation and collaboration tools (e.g. MS Office, Confluence, Jira, Kanban Boards etc);
- Demonstrated experience with Nasdaq software, trading and clearing processes;
- Experience with multi-vendor, multi-system projects and remote teams.
