Our boutiques are sanctuaries of creativity where customers can explore the art of scent-making, engage in personalized workshops, and leave with a signature fragrance that is uniquely theirs.
Position Overview:
As a Retail Boutique Sales Manager at Maison 21G, you will embody the role of a Scent Designer, leading your sales with passion and creativity. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, creating bespoke perfumes for clients, conducting engaging creative workshops, and building lasting relationships with our clientele. Your expertise and enthusiasm will ensure that every customer experience is exceptional and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
Bespoke Perfume Creation:
Guide clients through the process of creating their personalized fragrances, offering expert advice on scent combinations.
Creative Workshops:
Lead interactive workshops for clients, including individuals, groups, corporate events, and special occasions.
Clienteling:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized and luxurious experience.
- Implement clienteling strategies to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating client needs and exceeding expectations.
Boutique Management:
- Oversee all aspects of boutique operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising.
- Ensure the boutique meets sales targets and delivers a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Brand Representation:
- Act as an ambassador for Maison 21G, embodying the brand's values of creativity, luxury, and sustainability.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in beauty retail, fashion, F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong sales skills with the ability to connect with people
- Enthusiastic, positive, eager to learn and develop yourself
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a positive attitude.
