We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a contingent worker for the Metaverse Partnerships role. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and activating potential metaverse opportunities in the Japanese market, providing business development support in strategic planning, creating presentations, and meeting with Japanese partners to drive metaverse entertainment content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and activate potential metaverse opportunities in the Japanese market
  • Provide business development support in strategic planning, creating presentations, and meeting with Japanese partners to drive metaverse entertainment content
  • Represent Meta’s metaverse contents partnership in external meetings with executives from external partners
  • Track, analyze, and communicate to develop and execute against partnership goals
  • Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams, including Product, Marketing, Legal, Policy team, and Operations to advocate for partner needs

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience in a partnerships role in the entertainment/tech industry
  • Proven track record in prospecting, securing leads and developing new relationships
  • Passionate and Interested in Metaverse (AR and VR)
  • Strong understanding of IPs and Entertainment landscape in Japan market
  • Ability to communicate in both English (Required for internal communication) and Japanese (Required for external communications with Partners in Japan)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
