In this role, you will provide HR operational support to employees and managers across the Asia Pacific region, mainly through a self-service ticketing system (SOFI). This role will also support the APAC Talent Acquisition lead in all recruitment coordination activities across the region.This is a role that requires the ability to problem solve through problem identification (what is the problem), solution assessment (what can be done), problem documentation (document for future) and problem response (implementing a solution).You will live our values of Collaboration, Trust, Impact, and Excellence through your work, delivering a people-first approach to our client groups, driving improvements around our own ways of working, and supporting data-driven strategies.
