F&b Service Crew

Key responsibilities

-Have a good Knowledge of all product and service procedures

-Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times

-Perform general housekeeping and equipment maintenance duties

-Maintain strict compliance with standard Operating Procedures

-Perform other duties as assigned by your line manager

Requirements

• Clear and effective communication skills in English.

• Passionate in customer service.

• Working in shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Able to handle all levels of customers

• Strong communication, interpersonal, public relations, and management skills.

• Able to work independently and in a team
