Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Aftersales Manager at Terberg Zenith in Singapore. The Aftersales Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing aftersales services, contracts, utilizing analytical skills for problem-solving, and delivering high-quality customer service and sales support.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction, Aftersales, and Customer Service skills
  • Analytical Skills for problem-solving
  • Experience in Sales support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the waste management industry is a plus
