Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for our web design and development services. This role is perfect for a proactive, results-driven individual who thrives on building relationships and has a keen interest in digital marketing and web development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Outreach:

Identify and research potential clients and key stakeholders within target companies.

Conduct outreach via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other platforms to initiate conversations with prospective clients.

Use a multi-touch approach to engage leads and generate interest in our web design services.

  • Qualifying Leads:

Engage in conversations to understand prospects' needs, project scope, and budget.

Determine if prospects are a fit for our services and qualify them based on our ideal client profile.

Schedule discovery calls or meetings for the Sales Manager with qualified prospects.

  • Sales Pipeline Management:

Accurately log all activity in CRM to ensure transparency and effective tracking of sales activities.

Maintain and nurture relationships with leads in the pipeline to move them toward conversion.

Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and report on campaign effectiveness.

  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor offerings.

Share insights on market needs, competitor approaches, and client feedback with the sales and marketing teams to refine targeting.

Experience

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (experience as an SDR or in a web design agency is a plus).

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to build rapport quickly over various communication channels.

Highly organized with a keen eye for detail in maintaining accurate records.

Proficient in Google tools/office tools/project management tools; familiarity with LinkedIn and other social selling tools.
