Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong connections with Ultra High-Net-worth Individuals, corporate clients, and partners. Identify potential partnerships with luxury brands and financial institutions, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Client Acquisition: Target and acquire new clients in luxury, finance, and lifestyle sectors. Develop sales strategies and lead negotiations to secure business deals.
  • Market Expansion: Oversee the setup of a new office in Singapore and develop market strategies for regional growth. Monitor trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit and manage a local sales team. Provide mentorship and foster a positive work culture aligned with company values.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare business development reports and analyze performance metrics to improve strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business or Marketing.
  • Proven experience in business development in luxury or financial sectors.
  • Strong network and understanding of Singapore’s market.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region.
