  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

Kai Residences Pte Ltd is Singapore's first licensed pre- and postpartum center that caters exclusively to moms with newborns. We are a one stop facility offering holistic, specialized care services through a team of experts and we are looking for passionate and hardworking individuals with strong communication skills to join our team. You must love interacting with guests, babies and value exceptional customer service.

As a Sales Executive, your duties shall be as follows:

· Acquire new clients

· Manage and build strong professional relationships with guests.

· Arrange for facility tour with guest and present sales deck and quotations with new guests

· Support marketing strategies and brand building

· Provide exceptional services to customers

· Any ad hoc duties assigned and work well in team

Requirements

· Teamwork – working well with the team and give a helping hand to one another

· Minimum of 2 years of related experience

· Experience in hospitality/service industry will be an advantage

· Fluent in both English and Mandarin

· Sales driven

· Well-groomed, hygienic and presentable at all times

· Ability to multitask and work independently as well as working in a te

· Excellent oral and written skills

Must be flexible to work on Weekend and Public Holidays

Basic salary of $2k plus high commission
