What your role entails:
- Client Acquisition: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Sector-Specific Pitching: Tailor pitches to clients in various sectors, showcasing our expertise and offerings.
- End to end Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting qualified candidates to clients
- Talent Search: Source and engage with potential candidates, advising them on relevant opportunities.
- Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates effectively and manage your network and recruitment process with them.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share market insights, best practices, and enhance overall team performance.
